Alex's New Onesie

I decided I would try something with some solid white onesies that I have for Alex and it turned out pretty good. Sewing on curves is tricky, but I think I am getting the hang of it.

I did one big heart on the front and four little hearts on her bum.

One day Bradley will regret...

Insisting on wearing his boots to go get his Daddy from the airport.

We don't get out of the car, so when it is late I put Bradley in his pj's just in case he falls asleep. Well Friday night he insisted on wearing his boots and I couldn't resist taking a picture. All I could think of is, one day this will go on a mission farewell slide show or a wedding slide show.

Alex's Bed Skirt

Here are a couple of pictures of Alex's bed skirt that I made. I have only got the front of it done and haven't washed it yet. Each strip of fabric is only attached at the top and I am going to let the sides fray.

Alex's bedspread is also in the green hippo print.

Obsessed, Me, NO!!

So I will admit I have gotten obsessed with making hair bows. I think I might even create an Etsy website.

Here are couple more bows I made tonight. The leopard ones are for Alex and I made the Valentine bows for my new nieces Mia and Jenna. I made Alex a set to, so they all can match.

Alex's New Bows

So I have decided to make Alex some hairbows. Well she will probably have a lot of bows and big bows, because I love bows on babies and little kids. Here are pics of my first attempt at bows for Alex. I made two of the same so when she can have pig tails they will match.

I only have 99 days to go until my due date. Seems daunting still but I am on the downward count!!

Schools Out

I took my last state test yesterday and my last 2 finals today. I will still have to student teach to be completely done but for now I am finished. I was scheduled to student teach in the fall of 09 but will put it off until the baby gets older, so it will probably happen in the fall of 2010 or spring of 2011. Anyway, school is out for a long time.
